If a vial arrives damaged, or if the material received does not match what was requested, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your reference number and a photograph. Verified cases are eligible for replacement or credit.
For batch-integrity and safety reasons, materials that have been opened, reconstituted, or removed from their sealed condition cannot be accepted for return. This preserves the traceability tied to each batch's Certificate of Analysis.
Approved replacements are dispatched once the issue is verified. Where a credit is issued, it is applied to the original method of payment within a standard processing window.
